Holistic Health
is actually an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with their environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body and spirit. The goal is to achieve maximum well-being, where everything is functioning at its very best. |

Kimberly Hester-Juzi
Kimberly Hester-Juzi is a graduate of Kean University with a B.S. degree in Accounting. After working a few years in the public & private sectors of accounting, Kim obtained licensure as a Certified Public Accountant. Becoming a CPA was a great achievement for Kim, but it was also during this time that her health was at its worst. By consuming a poor diet high in fats & refined sugars and living a very stressful yet sedentary lifestyle, Kim’s overall health was slowly declining. Some of the things Kim started to experience were excessive weight gain & pre-diabetic symptoms such as night sweats and boils. She knew that if she continued on this path, it was only going to lead to serious health issues in the future.
Kim slowly started to implement a healthier diet & exercise into her life, while eliminating harmful habits. Over time Kim started to experience tremendous results. She reversed all on coming symptoms of disease and became healthier than she had ever been. This sparked a passion for her to learn more about holistic health. Kim attended The Somerset School of Massage Therapy which prepared her to take and pass the national exam given by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). Kim has also attended the Long Island School of Colon Hydrotherapy which prepared her to take and pass the national exam given by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). Kim has teamed up with her partner Jamal Hester - Juzi to form Life, Strength & Health Holistic Center.
